Did you know Loch Lomond has 37 islands and islets? And they aren’t just beautiful, they have amazing history and wildlife. Hire a boat and get yourself out there to see them for yourself. A perfect spot for a summer picnic.
Conic Hill
Conic is one of the most popular hill climbs in Scotland. It’s exciting for all ages and abilities and has unparalleled views across Loch Lomond, its islands and even out across to famous mountain, Ben Lomond. The path begins at the Balmaha car park and steadily climbs through woods to the foot of the hill. We recommend taking a picnic for the top, one of the best spots around the Loch!
